CUTE at Zurich Airport - Optimizing systems connectivity for total integration at the airport SITA's CUTE offers end-to-end IP connectivity from host to the airport desktop that provides airlines with secure access to their own systems on an industry open platform. Each CUTE workstation uses a pre-integrated browser and is connected over IP to support the individual airline needs.

Following CUTE Services are available at Zurich Airport:
Common CUTE
CUTE counters used jointly by airlines and handling agents. These include all locations, such as check-in and transfer counters and flight gates (incl. bus gates). The costs of Common CUTE are billed in line with the special CUTE User Agreements. The availability of Common CUTE is ensured via the SITA SLA.
Dedicated CUTE
Original CUTE equipment, connected directly to UniqueAirportNet II. This configuration may only be services by licensed SITA partners, for reasons of security and availability. A combination with partners own applications is not permitted. The availability of Dedicated CUTE is ensured by an SLA. Dedicated CUTE may be operated exclusively on specially configured systems in the CUTE VLAN of UniqueAirportNet II.
Back-office CUTE
CUTE applications may be installed on any computer, also in combination with a partner's own applications. Access to the CUTE data pool is provided via a firewall. Costs are chargeable for the SITA licence (CUTE application), for CUTE data pool access and firewall network connection. The availability of Back-office CUTE cannot be ensured via an SLA.
